..........💡 Since starting READY two years ago, we have been igniting and contributing to a growing movement that comprises wicked brains, innovators, and practitioners across #Sport and #SocialImpact. Learning, discussing, and analysing what #Web3 and #EmergingTechnologies can do to accelerate our reach and impact.

🤜🏿💥 We are driven by the need to continuously evolve in the rapidly changing tech era.

🤜🏿💥 We are armed with learnings from sport’s experimentation during the last #Web3 bull-bear cycle.

🤜🏿💥 And we take our inspiration from outside of sport to appreciate what #blockchain and #crypto can do to reinforce sport as a public good, to address power imbalances, to program regenerative transactions, and to include the otherwise excluded.

💡👉🏿 Since I first dipped my toes into the Web 3.0 #regen world, I have been convinced that there are transferrable concepts and solutions to an industry (sport) and mission (re-designing sport for inclusion) to which I’ve dedicated my entire professional career.

💡👉🏿 Over the past 2 years we have been interrogating what this might look like – by creating and curating learning experiences with different perspectives and diverse groups across #WomensSport, #GrassrootsSport, and #SportForDevelopment worldwide.

.......... 💫 It is thanks to this growing **TEAM** of unlikely alliances between #athletes, #practitioners, #philosophers, #entrepreneurs, #investors, and #humanitarians, as well as our unorthodox and often informal ways of exchanging with each other, that we are in a position where we can collectively test and support on-chain solutions in the sport and social impact space.
