⁉️ Sound familiar in the current economic system?

**** Gatekeeping is a MINDSET. It´s a BUSINESS MODEL. And it´s dominated the global sports landscape for years.

👉🏿 From sport education providers who control who gets to learn.

👉🏿 And large centralized institutions who control who gets to play.

👉🏿 To underlying discriminatory beliefs that control who gets to be celebrated.

**** The practice of gatekeeping is so ingrained in our day-to-day lives. And it´s hard for all of us to un-learn and un-practice it.
